- - Pinch of sea salt
- - 1 cup bulgur
Bring water and salt to a boil in a small pan. Add bulgur. Cover pan and remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Fluff grain with a fork before serving. Add a few drops of oil to the cooked bulgur to keep it loose.
