Baked Poupon Chicken (Stage 1)

Try this easy and flavorful chicken recipe for a healthy dinner option. Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:
  • - 4 Tablespoons Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
  • - 1 ½ Tablespoons olive oil
  • - 1-2 cloves minced garlic
  • - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • - 1 1/3 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 
2) Mix mustard, oil, garlic and seasoning in a large bowl.  Add chicken and mix to coat. 
3) Place chicken in baking pan.  Bake 20 minutes or until chicken meat turns white.
