20/20 Tomatillo Avocado Salsa (Stage 1)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 medium Avocado, cubed
  • - 3 cups tomatillo, chopped
  • - 1 garlic clove
  • - 2 Jalapeno chili peppers
  • - 2oz fresh squeezed lime juice

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Serve with shrimp, white fish, chicken or lean steak, work great as an accompaniment to all of these proteins!

    Tomatillo is green not red. this picture corresponds with roma tomato or regular tomatoes. (tomatoes will be sweeter than tomatillos, tomatillos will have a sour flavor, delicious too) both very healthy and delicious.
