Fruit Kebabs (Stage 4)

It takes time to thread these, but in the long run it can save labor.  Serve these at a buffet and you won't need to put out (or later clean up) fruit salad bowls and spoons.  The recipe can be expanded to feed many.

Fruit Salad with Toasted Almonds (Stage 4)

Add 4-6 ounces of your favorite meat/fish/tofu protein choices to make a balanced entrée. Almond oil adds subtle nutty flavor to the dressing. You can use olive oil, if you prefer.
