Bulgur is par-boiled, dried and cracked whole wheat. Bulgur can be used as a base grain for a variety of bean and vegetable dishes, including taboule, a traditional Midleastern dish.
Quinoa (pronounced keen-wah) is a plant that originated in the Andes. It is very easy and quick to cook, and the cooked seeds have a unique sprout-like appearance and a light but flavorful taste. Serves: 6
