Women Goals: 1200-1400 calories • 33-39 g fat • 100 cal. Beans or Legumes per day (optional)
Men Goals: 1300-1700 calories • 42-47 g fat • 100 cal. Beans or Legumes per day (optional)
Stage 6 gives you the option of adding beans or legumes each day. Your daily diet will consist of 3 meals along with a light snack. Lunch and dinner items include lean protein items, non-starchy vegetables, optional cheese serving, and your choice of fruit, yogurt, or legumes.
