Women Goals: 1200-1400 calories • 33-39 g fat • 0-2 servings Low Fat or Non Fat Yogurt/Milk per day
Men Goals: 1300-1700 calories • 42-47 g fat • 0-2 servings Low Fat or Non Fat Yogurt/Milk per day
Stage 5 reintroduces small amounts of low-fat or non-fat yogurt and milk each day as an additional source of calcium. Your daily diet will consist of 3 meals along with a light snack. Lunch and dinner items include lean protein entrees, non-starchy vegetables, and an optional carbohydrate serving such as fruit or low fat dairy product.
