Women Goals: 1200-1400 calories • 33-39 g fat • 2-4 servings Fruit per day

Men Goals: 1300-1700 calories • 42-47 g fat • 2-4 servings Fruit per day


Stage 4 reintroduces small amounts of fruit each day as an additional source of fiber and vitamins. Your daily diet will consist of 3 meals along with a light snack. Lunch and dinner items include lean protein entrees along with non-starchy vegetables. Fruit will be an additional option as a carbohtdrate serving at meals or snacks.  Products from the 20/20 LifeStyles store, including our high protein shakes and vitamin supplements, ensure your diet is balanced and healthy.
