Women Goals: 1200-1400 calories • 33-39 g fat • 0-2 oz cheese per day

Men Goals: 1300-1700 calories • 42-47 g fat • 0-2 oz cheese per day


Stage 3 reintroduces small amounts of low fat cheese each day as an additional source of healthy protein. Your daily diet will consist of 3 meals along with a light snack.
