Moderation during the holidays can seem tough. Throw in a trip or two, and the cold weather appetite blues (sometimes it is just hard to eat a salad when it is freezing out), and you’ve got the need for some creativity and planning! With so many events and so many opportunities to celebrate with food, it makes sense to adjust your mindset and your goals. Remember to keep an eye on the bigger picture. You do not have to wait until Jan 1 to diet again, yet you don’t have to throw in the towel just because you get busy.
