Daylight Savings' annual spring forward an hour is coming up in less than a week and I am not prepared and I bet you aren't either! Yes, I want more sunlight and Vitamin D and even just more daylight hours to prep my garden for spring. But no, I don't want to lost an hour of sleep to make that happen!

But now is the time to remember how important sleep really is and remind ourselves of some tips to take on this week to prepare ourselves for March 12th so it doesn't hit us like a freight truck but instead feels like a gentle bunny hop!

As our awesome dietitian, Andy said in one post, "Our goal is seven or more hours of quality, uninterrupted sleep. Yes, this is tough. But it is of the utmost importance for good health."
