What keeps you excited about the program: Seeing the amazing results that it produces and seeing lifestyle change.
What have you learned from successful clients: Maintenance is the biggest part of the program in my opinion. It is about what you do with the next phase of this journey.
How do you maintain a healthy weight yourself: CONSISTENCY is key.
What new things are you learning that help you with your role: Patience and being sure to practice what I preach.
Is there a story or success that sticks with you: I love having clients follow-up with me on what they are doing many months after the program and how they are keeping their results. It is really inspiring.
