Did Someone Say Pumpkin?

Ready or not, here pumpkin and fall come! Ring in the new season with some festive pumpkin protein shakes. Here are a few combinations to try:

 

Pumpkin 20/20 Shake Recipes

(all recipes Stage 7)

 

Traditional Pumpkin Pie

1 20/20 High Protein Vanilla powder packet

1/3 c pumpkin puree

½ cup non-fat milk or soy milk

Dash of Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves (or pumpkin pie spice blend)

2/3 cup ice (or to desired thickness)

Optional: 1-2 tbsp. ground flax or chia seeds for nutty taste and texture

 

 

Pumpkin 'Pudding'

1 20/20 High Protein Vanilla powder packet

1/4 c pumpkin puree

¼ c low-fat cottage cheese

Dash of Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves

2 drops liquid vanilla crème stevia

2/3 cup ice, 1/3 c water (or to desired thickness)

 

 

Dark Chocolate Pumpkin

1 20/20 High Protein chocolate powder packet

1/3 c pumpkin puree

Dash of Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves

1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

2/3 cup ice, 1/3 c water (or to desired thickness)

 

 

Pumpkin-Nut

1 20/20 High Protein Vanilla powder packet

1/3 c pumpkin puree

1 tbsp. almond butter

Dash of Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves

2/3 cup ice, 1/3 c water (or to desired thickness)
