5 Creative, Healthy Ways to use that Leftover Turkey

1. Chipotle Turkey Chili
2. BBQ Turkey Pizza, on whole-grain crust with low-fat mozzarella and diced tomatoes
3. Hearty turkey, quinoa (or wild rice) & non-starchy veggie stew
4. Turkey Enchiladas, with low-fat cheese and lower-carb whole-grain tortillas
5. Diced Turkey (vs. chicken) salad, with low-fat mayo, apple slices, almond slivers and a squeeze of lemon juice
