Sarah provides nutrition counseling for both 20/20 Lifestyle clients and general members who are looking to better their health and achieve personal nutrition goals. She brings her enthusiasm and passion for nutrition to deliver the necessary education, motivation, and tools needed for clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Sarah will create an individualized nutrition program that is tailored meet the physical and emotional needs of her clients to reach overall wellness. Her previous work experience in long-term care facilities, Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, and an outpatient eating disorder clinic has exposed her to a wide range of illnesses and diseases.
Education & Associations: Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition and the Coordinated Program in Dietetics from Washington State University. Levels I and II Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management. Her professional memberships include the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Washington State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Association (SCAN) dietetic practice group. She currently serves on the board as the Public Relations/Fundraising co-chair for the Greater Seattle Dietetics Association.
