Being hungry can be frustrating. What do you do to combat persistent hunger?

When I'm hungry I try to drink water and fill up veggies.

I try half a tablespoon of peanut butter - this usually tides me over - it seems that fat is "filling". It seems to sort of trick my stomach into feeling satisfied. I would talk to your nutritionist though, because ideally you would never be hungry if your diet is properly balanced.

I have had this problem in the past. You have to really focus on having a TON of protein. Protein is going to fill you up and keep you feeling satiated. With this strategy, I'm rarely hungry.
