Hi! We have an abundance of "good" food in our break room everyday at work. Any tips on how to not venture out there. Especially when you feel tired and really want a snack. I have some bars in my office but am tired of those.

Hi Priyanka, it can be helpful to change your cues and habits in these certain situations, perhaps instead of heading to the break room when you are feeling stressed or need a breather, you could go for a quick walk outside or around the building to socialize. You could also replace the habit of eating when stressed with having a cup of hot tea or water. Having emergency snacks on hand is always valuable as well-bars, jerky, soynuts, 100 cal packs of nuts, dry roasted edamame are all great to have in your desk drawer to turn to when you need them. Keep us posted on how you are doing! :-)
