As we know from the videos, "NEAT" or non exercise activity thermogenesis can have a big impact on our rate of loss. How do you ensure that you get in your steps everyday? Do you use the Omron pedometer? Fitbit? Nike Fuel? How do you quantify your activity and exercise? :-)

I use a Fitbit. I check my step count in the evening and then figure out a way to get in more steps. Often, I use a treadmill and watch an episode on TV to help pass the time quickly. If these weather is nice and it isn't dark, I go for a walk.
