How do I get started?

20/20 LifeStyles has two programs you can choose: An in-person program where you’ll spend time with our staff at the PRO Sports Club facility in Bellevue, and or Seattle WA; and an online program that gives you the support and guidance you need to succeed anywhere you live. View Tutorial.

Will my insurance pay for the program?

Currently we accept Premera Blue Cross Insurance Plans for Microsoft employees. We are happy to complete insurance verifications for other insurance plans, some of the services may be covered.

How do I get started in the 20/20 LifeStyles In-Person Program?

All participants are required to attend our free Introductory Seminar at the PRO Sports Club in Bellevue. The seminar is by reservation only. Please call or visit the 20/20 LifeStyles Front Desk to reserve your space at (425) 861-6258.

I attended the Introductory Seminar and received the email link, what is next?

Once you have completed and provided your online forms, you will need to make an appointment with your physician to obtain a referral, (and if Microsoft) your Premera Weight Management Recommendation Form.

How do I know if my 20/20 file is complete?

Please use the "Steps to Getting Started" checklist to verify that you have completed all the necessary forms. Then call the 20/20 Lifestyles Front Desk, (425) 861-6258, to confirm that all forms have been received and are complete. The Front Desk will then verify your requests for training days, times and location preferences.

My paperwork is complete. When can I get started?

As soon as your requested training time becomes available, you will receive a call from a 20/20 patient coordinator to schedule you into the program.

Are financing options available?

Yes, clients may take advantage of several financing options. After an initial down payment of at least $1000, clients may also elect to extend their payment plan for up to three years post program. Depending on the length of the payment period, the interest rate will vary from zero to four percent.

How do I know which program length is best for me?

Premera and 20/20 staff will recommend the appropriate program length for you based on your BMI, but you may choose a 12, 16 or 20 week program. If needed, you can decide later to modify your program length to upgrade to a longer program. If you are a Microsoft employee, Premera requires you to also participate in Phase 2 or the 12 week Transitional Program. This is included in the program cost.

My BMI is below 30 and I do not have any other approved conditions, but still need to lose weight. What are my options?

1. You may choose to participate in our 20/20/10 six-week program if you are looking to lose 15 lbs or less. 2. You may choose to see one of our dietitians. Contact the 20/20 Front Desk to arrange these appointments at (425) 861-6258. 3. You may choose to purchase a personal training package. Contact the Fitness Center Concierge, (425) 861-6204, to set up a free Getting Started session with a personal trainer.

How do I get started in the 20/20 LifeStyles Program Online?

First you will need to register on the 20/20 LifeStyles website, this is where you will begin to set your goals and determine which online option is best for you. View Tutorial.

What is the success rate of 20/20 LifeStyles?

The 20/20 LifeStyles application and integrated services are available on any computer and compatible with the following devices: iPhone and iPad, iOS 5.0 or later, Windows Phone 8 or later, Microsoft Surface, and Android 2.0 or later.

What are the supported browsers for 2020Lifestyles.com?

In general, 20/20 LifeStyles supports the current and prior major releases of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Safari on a rolling basis.

How do I adjust my Goals?

Go to More / Settings / My Plan to modify your weight loss plan along with food and fitness goals.

How do I save a Favorite Food?

After you have added a food to a meal, click the “Add to Favorites” button. Alternatively, select Food / Favorites • Select Create New Food • Enter the food name, fill out the nutrition information and select “Save.”

How do I edit or delete a favorite food?

Select Food / Favorites • Select one of the saved foods • Edit the food name and/or nutrition information about the food and select “Save” or simply “Delete.”

How do I save a Favorite Meal?

Select Food / Day. Next to each meal title (i.e. Breakfast, Lunch, etc.) is a star icon. Simply click the star to name and save the meal you’ve entered. Alternatively, select Food / Favorites • Click the Meals tab and select “Create New Meal” • Then, begin adding food items to your meal. Once you’ve finished adding food items, select “Save Meal.”

How do I edit or delete a favorite meal?

Select Food / Favorites • Select the Meals tab • Edit the meal name and/or the food items in the meal and select “Save Meal” or simply “Delete.”

Why is there a maximum of 15 water glasses that can be selected?

It was determined 15 glasses was an adequate representation of the maximum amount of water consumed per day.

Why don’t my macronutrient percentages add to 100%?

It’s likely that when creating a custom food, the total calories do not reconcile with the amounts of protein, carbs and fat that were entered. If these amounts are not accurate, the macronutrient percentages will not add to 100%.

Can I share my account with my spouse/partner?

No, each registered account must be associated with an individual user.

Why was my account suspended?

Your account may have been suspended if you entered an invalid username or password at least three times when you attempted to sign in or if you violated the Terms of Use.

How can I re-activate my account?

If your account has been suspended, you can re-activate your account by requesting assistance via Contact Us.

Are there any restrictions for registration?

Yes. Registered users must be at least 18 years of age.

How do I change my age, weight, or height?

To change your Profile, go to More / Settings. Make changes and select “Save.”

How do I deactivate my account?

To deactivate your account, please request assistance via Contact Us.

Is there a plan to support metric units?

Currently there is no plan to support metric units.

How do I change my username?

Once you sign in, click on the Account link to modify your username. Your username must be an email address.
