Every week, each 20/20 Lifestyles client meets one-on-one with a 20/20 Lifestyles registered dietitian. Using the latest research and evidence-based science available, the dietitian creates a nutritional plan tailored to the client’s genetic makeup and current health status.

The program’s “high satiety” approach ensures that clients won’t get hungry, even though they’re consuming fewer calories. Participants learn the essentials of good nutrition—plus tips on grocery shopping, how to order healthy at restaurants, managing special events, and coping with any personal dietary challenges.
