20/20 Kids incorporates all the components of safe and effective weight loss:

Nutrition - Our full time registered dietitians teach kids and parents the basics of good nutrition, and healthy cooking. Quick meal ideas and recipes are provided, as well as hands-on demonstrations of preparation. Kids and parents also learn about healthy serving sizes, and how to create a balanced nutrition plan for a lifetime.

Exercise - Children experience the joy of being active in a supportive, fun environment. Certified exercise professionals participate with kids in both team and individual sports, and teach them the basics of a balanced fitness program. As children's motor skills and coordination improve, their confidence rises. Plus, their attention span and learning capacity increases.

Learning New Habits - Group sessions with a licensed child counselor improve children's self-esteem while reducing anxiety and depression. Among the biggest changes parents report is an improvement in their child's concentration and school work, a more positive outlook, and better sleep patterns.

Medical Supervision - Throughout the 12-week program, our staff physicians carefully monitor the child's progress and coordinate with your family physician.
